Hot July for Maxxroyal Cup in Europe!

The start of this year Tour de France July 1st was also the day of the Maxxroyal Cup in Düsseldorfer GC. One needed rainy day didn’t stop golf enthusiasts and Inna Annette Steffen pulverized the hopes of other players with an excellent round of 47 points.

Locals say that when God created the costal land of the Estonian Golf & Country Club, he must have intended it to be a golf course as it winds its way so harmoniously along Baltic Coast and the Jägala River delta. The Se course – host of this year Maxxroyal Cup on July 9th – surprises with its spectacular sea views impressively framed on its signature hole number 3.

Martina Kuger set the paste in the club house, with an unbeatable 41 points, which couldn’t be reached all day long. For the excellent organization of the event, signed Hanno Kroos and Katrin Heinla. Special thanks also to the green keeping team which prepared the course after an unthinkable long Estonian winter.

The easy Italian way marked the event on July 15th in Tuscany at Argentario Golf Resort partner of Maxxroyal Group. The golf course is located in a protected natural area, only 5 minutes from the Duna Feniglia Nature Reserve and 25 km from the Parco dell’Uccellina Reserve. The Orbetello Lagoon, the sea and the hillside, offer a beautiful panorama and create a microclimate that allows golf to be played at any time of the year.

Tracy Shirvell beat the Italian golfers on their own soil at temperatures over 30°C with a nice round of golf and qualified for the final series in December on the Montgomerie GC in Belek.

Long summer day in Finland, granted Maxxroyal Cup at Linna Golf & Country Club best credentials for a successful event. Linna Golf is roughly 100 kilometers from Helsinki and only 75 kilometers from the cities of Tampere and Lahti. This idyllic course offers a great variety of beautiful landscapes and terrains. The course is built on Vanajanlinna Manor grounds and spans over 100 hectares, making for a spacious course and the landscape takes full advantage of the splendid old woods in the area. Linda, Karri & Antti planned meticulous and well in advance, creating not only for the winner, Heino Heikki, but for all golfers and friends a day to remember.
